Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Imprint application ("App"), provided by REACH.GR ("we", "us", or "our"), located at 85300 Kos, Greece.

By installing or using the App from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

Imprint is a digital delivery and content protection tool that allows Shopify merchants to:

  1. Upload digital files (PDFs) to our secure storage (Cloudflare R2).
  2. Automatically stamp customer details (e.g., Email, Order ID) onto these files in real-time.
  3. Deliver secure, time-limited download links to end-customers.

3. Account & Data Responsibilities

3.1. Merchant Accounts

You must have a valid Shopify account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

3.2. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files (PDFs) you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and stamp these files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to your customers.

3.3 Data Security

We utilize strong encryption methods for sensitive user data (including Name, Surname, and Email) both during transfer and while stored in our databases. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the App to upload, post, host, or transmit any content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Strictly Prohibited Content:

You may not use Imprint to sell, distribute, or host:

  • Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or content depicting sexual violence.
  • Pirated Content: Unauthorized copies of software, games, music, movies, or any copyrighted material you do not own or have a license to sell.
  • Malware: Viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, or any malicious code.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Illegal Goods: Instructional materials on how to make weapons, bombs, or illegal drugs.
  • Phishing/Scams: Content designed to deceive users or steal personal information.

We reserve the right to scan file metadata or use automated tools to detect prohibited content.

5. Termination & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5.1. Termination for Violation

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms (including hosting Prohibited Content):

  1. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice.
  2. We may delete your account and all associated data/files immediately.
  3. We may report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5.2. Termination for Convenience

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any other reason by providing you with reasonable notice via the email address associated with your Shopify account.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription Plans: The App offers Free, Basic, and Premium plans. Charges are billed in USD every 30 days via the Shopify Billing API.
  • Refunds: As this is a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • Plan Changes: Upgrading or downgrading your plan will result in prorated charges as calculated by Shopify.

7. Intellectual Property & Watermarking

7.1. Our IP

The Imprint App, including its code, design, and "stamping engine" technology, is the property of REACH.GR and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2. Effectiveness of Protection

While Imprint applies visible watermarks to discourage piracy, we do not guarantee that your files cannot be illegally shared, modified, or stripped of their watermarks by third parties. We are not liable for any piracy or unauthorized distribution of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
  • REACH.GR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Data Retention & Termination

  • Uninstalling: You may uninstall the App at any time via your Shopify Dashboard.
  • Data Deletion: Upon uninstallation, your data (products, files, settings) is "soft deleted." 48 hours after uninstallation, all your data is permanently removed from our servers and storage buckets. This action is irreversible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kos, Greece.
